Susan joined the Friends team in January of 2020 as the receptionist. Susan developed a passion for the travel industry and specifically Friends after taking a trip to the Holy Land with her church in November 2019. She loved the experience so much that she applied to work at Friends when she returned to the states. She enjoys doing her part to help create an amazing travel experience for others. She has been married to her husband since 2009 and they have one teenage daughter. They share their love of dogs and travel and try to plan a trip together at least once a year.
